Deposits can be Cashier Check, Money Order, Visa , Master Card or Personal check. At the time of placing the order we will give you the estimated delivery date.
Warranty
3 YEAR PRO RATED WARRANTY
Should damage or failure occur to a Leach Custom Bow within a period of one year from date of purchase, due to inferior materials or workmanship we will make a repair or replacement if repair is not possible. After the one year period, repairs will be made at a reasonable charge. If at the discretion of Leach Bows, repair is not possible, replacement will be made on the basis of 1/36th of the price of the retail price of it's limbs at the new price, times the months used. Failure due to improper stringing or alteration voids warranty.
Warranty applies to original owner only and is not transferable. Leach Custom Bows is not responsible for any damage or lost hunting time. If failure does occur, repairs or replacement will be on a first come, first serve basis.
If you had the bow 18 months and the new price of limbs was 375.00 you would have to pay only 187.50. If it had been 20 months since purchase the replacement cost to you would be $10.41 per month cost $208.33 to you. All is based on your purchase date and the new limb price or handle price.
If we have changed models or design then we will make an upgrade to the closest thing to what you had purchased.
The above provisions will only apply if the bow shows no evidence of misuse, abuse or alteration. Improper handling or damage as shooting arrows less weight than 8 grains per pound of bow draw weight, stringing or unstringing process. No adjustment will be made until the bow is returned to Leach Bows for inspection.
NOTE!!!!!! if it is necessary that you send your bow in to Leach Bows Pack it carefully to prevent damage from shipping.
So you do nothing to void the warranty be sure to read and follow all instructions in the owners manual. before assembling, stringing or shooting your bow.
